We encourage every buyer to be represented by an agent, but it is not required. You can sign up and add a buyer as a client, or they may sign up and request through FAIRPLAY that you represent them.
There is no charge for agents representing buyers to use FAIRPLAY.
It only takes minutes to place an offer on FAIRPLAY. All offers are submitted as a Letter of Intent (LOI). You are encouraged to upload supporting documents with the offer, such as Proof of Funds and a Prequalification Letter. Only the amount of your offer is disclosed publicly. The seller will review your offer along with documents submitted.
Offers may be changed up until the offer deadline. Simply go to the property you are interested in, click on the Submit/Edit button and adjust your offer.

FAIRPLAY's fee is performance-based. Nothing is paid to FAIRPLAY until close of escrow.
We require buyers who are not represented by a real estate agent to verify their identity before placing an offer.
No, offers on FAIRPLAY are submitted in the form of Letters of Intent (LOIs). You are free to choose the offer that is best for your seller. The highest offer is not always the "best" offer. When you choose the winning offer, you will enter into a standard purchase and sale agreement with the buyer within 48 hours.
