Understanding Last Call® and Universal Last Call®

Last Call®

Last Call is an extension of the Offer Deadline. When the countdown clock on the Property Profile Page (PPP) indicates that the Offer Deadline is only one hour away, a “Last Call” banner will appear in the upper right-hand corner of the PPP. 

If one or more offers are received during this one-hour period, the offer deadline will automatically extend for an additional hour. 

(Example: the posted offer deadline is 4:00 PM. At 3:00 PM a Last Call banner shall appear on the PPP. A valid offer is received at 3:40 PM. One hour will be added to the countdown clock and the new Bid Deadline will immediately show 5:00 PM.)

The Offer Deadline will continue to extend in this manner as long as at least one offer is received during the hour preceding the posted Offer Deadline. The seller reserves the right to end the Last Call process at any time and for any reason.

Universal Last Call®

In the event there is more than one house in the same Community and Last Call is invoked due to an offer having been received on any of the houses, Last Call shall apply to all of the houses in that Community. This allows a potential buyer to move their offer from house to house if desired.
