Your Profile Page

Basic information under the profile tab - On your profile page, you can fill in your basic information, change your password, adjust your notification settings, and invite a real estate professional to represent you.

Under the profile tab, you will be asked to provide your name, phone number, email address, preferred time zone, preferred language, and company name.

Notifications -

In this section, you can control and adjust your notification settings.

On the left-hand side, you will find:

• A list of all the properties you have listed on the FAIRPLAY site if you are a Listing Agent.
• A list of your favorite properties that you are following.

Direct Notifications Settings: These are communication settings for messages from Real Estate Professionals, as well as urgent and normal system communications.

Marketing Notifications: These are settings for all other marketing notifications from FAIRPLAY.

Representation - if you are a Buyer, you can invite a real estate professional to represent you. Once you fill in their basic information, they will receive an email asking them to accept or deny the invitation. When they accept, you will see them in your profile as your Representative. Your agent will be able to view the properties you follow and make offers on your behalf. You will appear as a client on their dashboard, allowing them to manage your interests effectively.

Office Members - This section is available exclusively for Listing Agents registered with FAIRPLAY. As a Listing Agent, you can manage your office and grant access to office members. You can invite members directly from this page or copy and share the provided link. When they sign up, they will be registered with the corresponding office. Please note, after their sign-up, they must be verified by another office member to be confirmed and gain the ability to list properties.
